Services & Disclaimer

  • Readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • By participating in a reading, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

  • Any information provided during a reading is to be used at your discretion.

  • Results are not guaranteed, and interpretations may vary.

Code of Ethics

  • My services are for clients 18 years of age or older.

  • I provide validation of my client’s loved ones in spirit so they feel empowered to help themselves during their grieving journey.

  • I treat all information shared with a client as confidential.

  • I deliver evidence for the highest good of my client with the shared awareness that no medium is ever 100% accurate.

  • I do not predict, tell the future, diagnose a disease or death, or give legal or financial advice.

  • I will not charge a client if I am having difficulty reading them. I will refund their money and suggest they find another medium.

  • I suggest a client wait at least six months before booking another reading in order to continue their healing process.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session or event.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed private sessions or events.

  • Private sessions will be canceled if the participant is a no-show after 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

  • Private sessions may be rescheduled based on availability.

Privacy & Data Use

  • Personal information collected during bookings or readings is kept confidential.

  • We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

  • Wendy D’Angelo Spiritual Medium is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from readings or services provided.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of any insights received.

  • By using our services, you agree to release us from any liability related to your session.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
